Welcoming James Dietz to Carbogenics USA!
Another new member of staff joining our USA team – James will be our new US Production Manager.
He’ll play a key role in establishing our US operations, overseeing production and helping bring CreChar® manufacturing to North America.
James is a production and maintenance leader with advanced expertise in safety systems, preventive maintenance, and asset lifecycle management. He has led manufacturing and processing teams through the development of structured production systems, reliability‑driven maintenance programs, and safety practices that improve uptime and operational control.
At Carbogenics, James will apply a systems‑engineering mindset to strengthen equipment reliability, optimise production workflows, and ensure safe, consistent biochar operations in the U.S. His leadership will focus on building scalable processes, clear operational standards, and disciplined maintenance strategies that support Carbogenics’ growth and long‑term production stability.
