Rethinking Ammonia Control in AD: The Role of CreChar

Anaerobic digestion is a powerful technology that converts organic wastes into renewable biogas. But one constant thorn in the side of many AD operators remains: ammonia inhibition. When ammonia levels get too high, the digestion process destabilises, biogas production drops - and under the worst circumstances, the reactor will fully shut down.
