Nearing the Finish Line: Our FilaChar Innovate UK Project 🏁
As our Innovate UK FilaChar® project draws to a close, we’re taking a moment to celebrate how far we’ve come. This project has been all about exploring FilaChar®’s potential as a sustainable solution for wastewater treatment.
Over the past months, we’ve been transforming screening waste into FilaChar®, testing its performance with Scottish Water at the Bo’ness Development Centre – measuring how it removes contaminants, behaves in treatment systems, and supports sustainable water management.
It’s been an incredible collaboration between research, innovation, and sustainability – and we’re just getting started.
