Anaerobic digestion

CreChar® AD Enhancer®

Our first product CreChar for AD is an additive for Anaerobic Digestion (AD) designed to increase the output of biogas plants by at least 15%. CreChar does this by absorbing harmful substances like ammonia, releasing nutrients like magnesium, and supporting a more productive and resilient microbial community.

Carbogenics aims to establish the world's first CreChar® production facility in UK

Carbogenics, the award-winning cleantech company in Edinburgh, is currently raising investment to build its new production and R&D facility in Scotland. With the site and equipment identified and secured, Carbogenics is seeking to raise £1.55m so production can commence in Q2 2023. Interest is strong and we are anticipating closing the funding round in early Summer 2022. Any interest should be directed to the CEO Ed Craig: ed.craig@carbogenics.com.
